Digital Tech - Lab Lead

Role Overview: As a Digital Technology Lab Lead, your primary responsibility will be to envision, design, and drive the digital future of manufacturing. You will define and execute the digital innovation strategy for TANSAM, leading R&D projects across Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory domains. Additionally, you will collaborate with industry, academia, and global partners to bring emerging technologies from concept to prototype to deployment. Mentoring engineers and interns to build strong technical expertise within the lab will also be a key part of your role. Furthermore, you will represent TANSAM at conferences, forums, and industry platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the digital innovation strategy for TANSAM. - Lead R&D projects across Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory domains. - Collaborate with industry, academia, and global partners. - Bring emerging technologies from concept to prototype to deployment. - Mentor engineers and interns to build strong technical expertise within the lab. - Showcase TANSAM at conferences, forums, and industry platforms. Qualifications Required: - Deep expertise in Software Knowledge, Coding, Development, AR/VR, and Digital Technologies. - Proven track record in Digital Transformation / R&D leadership. - Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to translate technology into business impact. - Excellent presentation and collaboration skills.
