As a Business Development & Digital Strategy Lead at Ecultify in Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, strategy, and client success. Collaborating closely with the founders, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential leads using AI tools, planning and executing email marketing campaigns, researching market trends, and developing strong client relationships. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be key in shaping proposals and campaigns, negotiating contracts, and driving business profitability. Your primary responsibilities will include leveraging AI-based tools to recognize leads, executing email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, identifying growth opportunities through market research, managing client relationships, developing campaign concepts, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing performance metrics, staying updated on digital marketing trends, expanding into new markets, and providing marketing and communication support. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably in a marketing/digital agency or strategic role. Proficiency in AI-powered lead generation tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms is essential. Strong communication, negotiation, storytelling, and creative thinking skills are required, along with a proven track record of closing deals and growing client relationships. A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
