Digital Solution Designer

As a Digital Solution Designer at Divami, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements and user needs to design comprehensive digital solutions that solve complex problems. Your responsibilities will include designing end-to-end user journeys and responsive solutions, conducting user research, synthesizing research findings into actionable insights, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the feasibility and alignment of design with stakeholders. You will also be involved in designing solutions that consider technical constraints, platform capabilities, and integration requirements, and iterating on solutions based on user feedback and business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and user needs to design comprehensive digital solutions - Design end-to-end user journeys & responsive solutions that optimize user experience across touchpoints - Understand how digital touchpoints, platforms, and technologies interconnect for cohesive user experiences - Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and behavioral analysis - Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and design requirements - Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment - Develop deep understanding of digital systems, platforms, and technologies - Test and validate digital solutions through user feedback and usability testing - Iterate on solutions based on user insights, technical constraints, and business requirements - Monitor and optimize digital solutions post-launch for continued effectiveness Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience in digital design, UX/UI design, solution architecture, or related fields - Strong ability to design holistic solutions across multiple digital touchpoints and platforms - Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and behavioral analysis techniques - Solid understanding of web technologies, responsive design principles, and platform constraints At Divami, we value analytical, collaborative, and solution-oriented individuals who are eager to solve complex digital challenges in a forward-thinking environment.
