As a Digital Solution Consultant Senior Consultant at NTT DATA, you will be part of a dynamic team in Mumbai/Pune, India. Your role involves designing, enhancing, and implementing effective and scalable solutions. You will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, propose software design, and guide software developers in the design process. Additionally, you will set standards for software development and provide production support. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate clearly and drive outcomes effectively - Analyze client needs, present solutions, and lead a team of 6-8 people - Demonstrate solution concepts through demos/Proof-Of-Concept (POC) within 1-2 days - Design, configure, develop, document, test, and implement solutions on the Salesforce.com platform - Develop coding standards, provide guidance to developers, and participate in cross-functional team communication - Utilize APIs, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and Visual Workflow for developing extensions - Implement platform end-to-end, including data conversion and post-production support - System administration tasks such as user management, environment planning, and configuration - Experience with Data Migration, SOQL, SOSL, SQL, SQL, JavaScript, REST and SOAP APIs, HTML, and XML Qualifications and Experience Required: - 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end implementation across Sales and Service Cloud - Experience in integrating Salesforce solutions with other enterprise cloud technology systems - Bachelor's Degree (BSc / B.Com / BE / B.Tech) / MBA - Salesforce Certifications like Admin, PD1, PD2 preferred - Familiarity with JIRA, Release Management Tools, Agile Project methodology - Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and collaboration skills NTT DATA is a global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
