Digital Skills Trainer

Joban Group is a rapidly growing business house with significant operations in Africa. We have a robust Edtech and Training Arm under Pic-Ed Company Limited. As a Digital Skills Trainer in Mumbai, you will be responsible for delivering training on presentation skills, training & development, life skills, communication, and soft skills for our digital and entrepreneurial skills training program designed for adolescents. Your role will involve facilitating learning sessions, creating engaging training materials, and assessing the effectiveness of the training programs. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in Presentation Skills, Training & Development, and Life Skills. Strong Communication and Soft Skills are essential for effective delivery of the training programs. Experience in developing and delivering training programs is a key requirement. Additionally, you should have the ability to assess training needs and customize programs accordingly. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences will be crucial for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have relevant certification or training in adolescent education or instructional design. A Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field will be advantageous in fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.,
