Digital Sculptor

You have experience with OEM, Tier-I companies, consultancies (OEM deputation) which is preferred. As a Digital Sculptor, your main responsibility will be CAD Data making with PQ and Class-A quality for digital design development of automotive exteriors & interiors, along with interacting with designers & engineering groups. Your job responsibility includes developing High Quality CAD Data as per SMC practices and MSIL standards. This involves digital styling of Automotive exterior and interior, developing feasible and high-quality data from various sources like rough styling CAS data, sketches, renderings, scan, and designers inputs. You are also required to develop Class-A surface models from scan data while incorporating engineering requirements & criteria, and building 3-D Patterns in CAD. In terms of technical and functional competencies, you should be proficient in developing surface CAD models using Autodesk Alias & UG-Shape studio. You are expected to possess creative, innovative, talent in conceptual thinking, and good analytical skills. Having a good grasp of digital design techniques is crucial for this role. As for behavioral requirements, you should be result-oriented and capable of delivering time-bound projects successfully. Specific expertise for the functional area includes proficiency in Autodesk Alias, Rhino Grasshopper, UG-Shape studio, and ICEM.
