Role Overview: As a Consultant Digital Sales Manager at Scholastic in Bangalore, you will lead outreach and sales efforts for digital products. Your passion for education technology, relationship-building skills, and ability to deliver results through strategic engagement will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with key decision makers at schools to establish strong relationships - Conduct product presentations for stakeholders - Coordinate and execute product trial sessions within schools - Organize webinars for parents to promote student subscriptions - Drive student subscription sales through consultative engagement - Collaborate with internal teams for product testing and installations - Plan and organize teacher training programs - Ensure proper implementation of digital products - Support ongoing customer engagement and provide exceptional post-sales service Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent negotiation skills - Customer service orientation - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Knowledge or experience in School Sales is advantageous Additional Company Details: At Scholastic, you will be part of a collaborative work culture focused on innovation and growth.
