Job Summary:

Digital Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue digital sales opportunities across

    platforms (social media, email, website, etc.)

  • Reach out to potential customers via online channels and follow up on leads
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable digital products or services
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and generate leads
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, sales activity, and customer interactions
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activity, and competitors
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and help improve product offerings


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in

    digital sales or online business development

  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and online sales techniques
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus
