Digital - SAAP / NS Delivery Lead/Manager

As a Delivery Manager Digital SAAP / NS at EIL Global, you will be responsible for leading digital initiatives in a complex, multi-country global delivery environment. Your role will involve driving end-to-end delivery of SAAP / NS digital initiatives, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to scope and budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to manage complex global delivery engagements. Working closely with business, technology, and operations teams, you will implement scalable and compliant digital solutions while overseeing governance processes, reporting, and compliance requirements as per HSBC standards. To excel in this role, you must have prior HSBC experience in a delivery leadership role and possess at least 8 years of experience in project/program/delivery management, with a focus on digital transformation projects. Your proven success in managing complex, multi-country global delivery programs will be crucial, as well as your strong understanding of digital banking solutions and transformation initiatives. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential, along with solid knowledge of delivery governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks. As the ideal candidate, you will have PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification. Experience in SAAP / NS digital platforms and related HSBC enterprise systems will be advantageous, as well as domain expertise in banking/financial services, especially in digital channels. Your ability to implement best practices in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as per project needs will be key to your success in this role.
