Digital Programmer

Job Brief

We are looking for a talented programmer to create secure and functional code. You will have to provide quality coding solutions both for simple applications and complex information.

The goal is to design and build superior and innovative software by writing clean and flawless code that serves various applications and business directives within the AAC industry

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers to produce, develop and implement algorithms and mathematical models to solve complex problems.
• Analyze large datasets and develop data-driven models and simulations.
• Formulate and understand project requirements and turn them into basic prototypes.
• Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning applications in the appropriate language.
• Integrate individual software solutions to higher level systems.
• Deploy individual software solutions to multiple users.
• Test code to ensure it produces desirable results and perform debugging.
• Collaborate with engineers and technical members to create documentation for user support.
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Requirements and Skills

• Previous experience as a programmer, working on scalable software development.
• Proven experience in frontend development.
• Ability to program in languages such as C#, Python, Javascript.
• Knowledge of PyQt6/PySide6, Shapely, Numpy, pygmo, and any python scientific libraries.
• Ability to implement optimization algorithms (e.g. genetic..etc)
• Experience in deploying individual solutions to users as packages or web applications.
• Excellent knowledge in relational databases.
• Previous Knowledge of the computational aspects of the AAC industry, working with 3D Models etc.
• Detail-oriented and excellent concentration ability, Excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
• An analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Demonstrate ability to discover and fix errors in code.
• BSc/BTech/MCA in computer science, software engineering or relevant discipline
• Civil/Structural Engineering background is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry-standard BIM software (such as Revit) is a plus.
