Job Description

Edit and deliver engaging videos for brand, marketing, and communication purposes.
Adapt content into multiple crops, aspect ratios, and sizes (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, etc.) for platforms such as social media, web, and internal channels.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to align videos with creative direction and business goals.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, tone, and consistency across all outputs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong workflow discipline, file management, and version control.
Communicate proactively with Project Managers to align on timelines and expectations.
Participate in project kick-off calls for clear understanding of requirements.
Work closely with the local and global video production teams to streamline processes and adopt new tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, editing techniques, and emerging software.

Primary Skills and Requirements

Bachelor s degree/diploma in Media, Film, Animation, Design, or related field.
2-5 years of professional experience in video editing and production.
Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating versatility across formats.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of video production workflows (file formats, codecs, resolutions, delivery specs).
Advanced skills in After Effects compositing, text animation, and light VFX.
Ability to version and export content across multiple formats.
Experience in sound design, color correction, and motion graphics.
Excellent sense of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver high-quality outputs.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
Adaptability to shifting priorities and tight timelines.
Problem-solving and ownership mindset.
