Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate design assets (templates, mockups, creative files) for quality, technical accuracy, and creative standards
• Perform quality control checks with attention to detail and consistency
• Ensure metadata, keywords, and IP compliance align with marketplace standards
• Provide constructive feedback to improve content submissions and flag issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content moderation and workflow enhancements
• Recommend scalable process improvements for efficient asset review and production

What Were Looking For

• Any graduate with relevant experience in design production or asset review
• Minimum

  2 years

  of experience as a Digital Production Designer, Creative Producer, Content Moderator, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Cloud

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with design file formats and workflows across publishing, web, and mobile
• Excellent curation, quality evaluation, and aesthetic judgment skills
• Solid understanding of

  post-production best practices

  and

  digital asset management

• Experience with asset tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Podio, Atlassian, Trello) is a plus
• Highly organized with strong

  project management

  and

  problem-solving

  abilities
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication

  skills
• Exposure to

  UI/UX design

  , creative marketplaces, or template libraries is an added advantage
