You are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Marketing Senior Manager to join the team at Virtusa. This role requires a self-motivated, strategic thinker with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal leaders across marketing, sales, technology practices, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT services industry, exceptional marketing skills, and a passion for driving demand. You will collaborate closely with Virtusa leaders and partners to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities, aligning marketing initiatives to support their objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing integrated marketing plans and strategies for a portfolio of partners to drive their success and growth. This will involve organizing large and small events, webinars, content syndication, email campaigns, and telemarketing. You will act as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related activities with partners, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Additionally, you will work with industry BU marketing leads to find opportunities for collaboration, manage budgets, and ensure marketing activities are executed within allocated resources. You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute tactical components of campaigns flawlessly, including subject matter experts, writers, designers, and web designers. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. You should have 8+ years of experience in partner marketing, field marketing, or a related field within IT services. A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns is essential. Strong analytical skills are required, along with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and internal teams. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to work evenings to overlap with U.S. mornings is necessary. An understanding of Partner Marketing Development Funds (MDF) is a big plus.
