Digital & Offline Marketing Associate – Fashion

• Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and the company website.
• Design graphics, write captions, and schedule posts aligned with the brand's visual identity.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches online.
• Manage influencer collaborations, from outreach to content tracking.
• Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, or AI tools for content generation.
• Oversee and update the Shopify website, including product listings and layout.
• Run paid ad campaigns and analyze digital performance metrics regularly.
• Plan and coordinate fashion photoshoots using AI-generated visuals and traditional methods.
• Explore and implement AI tools for design, automation, and marketing content.
• Respond to customer queries via social media, email, and WhatsApp.
• Provide styling assistance, order support, and product information.
• Maintain a friendly and prompt tone in all customer interactions.
• Track and manage customer orders from dispatch to delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in fashion or digital marketing roles.
• Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and basic design software.
• Ability to use AI tools for content creation and virtual photoshoots.
• Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
