As a CAS & CLASS A Team Lead in Digital Modeling, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 digital designers and coordinating between the team, customers, and cross-functional teams. Your role will involve converting sketches/2D and 3D mesh/scan input data into surface models using Autodesk Alias software. You will be expected to deliver CLASS A outputs while maintaining high quality within tight timelines without compromising on styling intent. Your ability to adapt to fast changes, adhere to engineering packages, and achieve project milestones will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 5 digital designers and effectively coordinate activities between team members, customers, and cross-functional teams. - Convert sketches/2D and 3D mesh/scan input data into surface models using Autodesk Alias software. - Deliver CLASS A outputs with high quality within tight timelines, ensuring styling intent is preserved. - Quickly incorporate changes based on engineering packages and execute tasks to meet project milestones. - Collate data, manage time efficiently, and establish effective work and communication models with cross-functional teams at different locations. Qualifications Required: - 8 to 12 years of experience in automotive digital modeling, with a good understanding of automotive exteriors and interiors design. - Proficiency in Autodesk Alias is a must, skills in Sub D and Blender would be beneficial. - Knowledge of Visualization software like Vred and Unreal would be an added advantage. - Strong communication and cooperation skills are essential for this role.,
