Roles and Responsibilities: Content Review & Accuracy CheckConduct thorough pre-scheduling reviews of social media posts to ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines, messaging, and compliance standards, including proper tone of voice, accurate hashtags, relevant disclaimers, and working link so Ensure that all visuals, copy, and media used in posts meet quality standards, are aligned with the campaign objectives, and are suitable for the target audience on each platform o Collaborate with content teams and the posting team to identify potential gaps or discrepancies in content and recommend improvements before it is scheduled for publishing Post-Publishing Quality Control o Perform random or batch post-publishing checks across all channels to ensure content is displayed correctly and without errors This includes verifying the visual integrity of posts, ensuring links are functioning, and confirming that no content has been omitted or improperly formatted o Investigate any discrepancies between the planned content and what actually appears on social media platforms, taking corrective action where necessary Error Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
