Digital Media Strategist

3+ years of experience in digital marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Campaign Design

    : Develop integrated digital strategies that combine content, storytelling, and engagement across social platforms and digital touchpoints (email, content partnerships, online communities, etc.).
  • Cultural Awareness & Worldview

    : Infuse campaigns with global trend insights, cultural intelligence, and awareness of what drives conversations in today’s digital landscape.
  • Content Ecosystem Management

    : Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling digital content—ranging from social posts to long-form storytelling, community-led initiatives, and influencer collaborations.
  • Community & Account Leadership

    : Manage brand presence across multiple platforms, building loyal communities while ensuring tone, voice, and aesthetics stay consistent.
  • Analytics & Impact Measurement

    : Track KPIs, interpret data, and convert insights into refined strategies—telling the story behind the numbers, not just reporting them.
  • Client & Stakeholder Advisory

    : Serve as a strategic partner to clients, advising on digital approaches that align with brand goals and market opportunities.
  • Innovation & Experimentation

    : Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging formats, and new engagement models—bringing a forward-thinking mindset to every campaign.

Requirements

  • Experience

    : 3+ years in Digital Marketing with a strong background in content-led, social-first, and community-driven strategies (not SEO/SEM-heavy).
  • Digital Fluency

    : Deep knowledge of social and digital ecosystems, cultural shifts, and consumer behavior online.
  • Tools & Analytics

    : Proficiency in social and digital management platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, analytics dashboards, etc.).
  • Strategic Thinking

    : Ability to craft big-picture strategies while managing the details of execution.
  • Communication & Storytelling

    : Strong presentation and client management skills, with the ability to turn complex insights into simple, engaging narratives.
  • Creative Mindset

    : A sophisticated thinker who blends creativity, analytical rigor, and cultural intelligence to solve brand challenges.
