Job Overview: We are seeking a confident and persuasive Tele Sales Specialist to connect with IT clients and pitch Google Ads solutions that align with their business goals. This role involves cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting for the sales team, with opportunities to close deals based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to IT and software company prospects. Introduce and explain the benefits of Google Ads for digital branding and lead generation. Qualify leads based on target criteria and business potential. Schedule appointments and demos for the business development team. Maintain accurate call logs and lead status in the CRM. Follow up with leads through phone, email, or WhatsApp as needed. Meet monthly call volume and conversion targets. Requirements: 1 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in IT or digital marketing services. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. Basic understanding of Google Ads or digital advertising is a plus. Confident in handling objections and moving conversations toward conversion. Comfortable using CRM tools and managing lead records.
