Digital Marketing Team Lead

As a Digital Marketing Team Lead at Net Spark Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, PPC, SMO, Facebook Ads, and CRO. Your role will involve handling client calls, independently managing and executing projects, and supervising the digital marketing team to achieve targets. Strong expertise in SEO, SMO, PPC, Facebook Ads, and CRO is essential, along with excellent communication skills to confidently interact with clients and prepare impactful proposals. Your proven leadership skills will be crucial in effectively leading the team, contributing to client conversion, and closing business deals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, SMO, Facebook Ads, and CRO. - Handle client calls and maintain effective communication with clients. - Independently manage and execute SEO, PPC, and Facebook Ads projects. - Supervise and guide the digital marketing team to achieve targets. - Prepare impactful proposals to support client acquisition efforts. - Assist in client conversion and help close business deals. Requirements: - Strong expertise in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO), SMO, PPC, Facebook Ads, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). - Proficiency in GMB and content marketing. - Knowledge of best practices in website optimization. - Excellent communication skills and ability to handle client calls confidently. - Experience managing SEO, PPC, and Facebook Ads projects independently. - Proven leadership skills to effectively lead and manage a team. - Experience in client conversion and preparing impactful proposals. - Ability to assist in closing deals and contributing to business growth.
