Role & responsibilities Marketing Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns for brand promotions, product launches, and lead generation. Identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor strategies. Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across social media, email marketing, paid ads, and content marketing. Optimize campaigns based on KPIs (CTR, engagement, conversion rates, ROI). Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to ensure alignment with business goals. Graphic Design & Content Creation: Design visually appealing social media graphics, ads, banners, brochures, and marketing materials. Create motion graphics, GIFs, and video content for digital marketing campaigns. Develop landing page designs and promotional assets for websites. Maintain brand consistency across all platforms. Work with copywriters and marketers to enhance content with creative visuals. Skills & Qualifications: Experience in digital marketing strategies, paid advertising, and social media marketing. Strong knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager). Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva. Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects is a plus). Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication and project management abilities. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns. Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
