Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Engineer / Executive Dispatch with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of products, maintaining dispatch records, and efficiently utilizing SAP for all logistics-related documentation. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute dispatch schedules based on production and customer requirements. Coordinate with logistics partners, internal departments, and customers for timely dispatch. Monitor and track the movement of goods until final delivery. Maintain accurate dispatch records, including invoices, gate passes, and delivery notes. Ensure compliance with statutory and internal dispatch documentation. Use SAP to process dispatch orders, update logistics data, and generate reports. Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or mis-shipments promptly. Maintain inventory control and update stock levels accurately. Support continuous improvement in dispatch and logistics operations. Key Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 3 to 4 years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations. Mandatory working knowledge of SAP (MM/SD module preferred). Strong understanding of supply chain and dispatch procedures. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Preferred Skills: Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and logistics software. Basic understanding of transportation and freight operations.

Role & responsibilities Marketing Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns for brand promotions, product launches, and lead generation. Ability to understand the P&ID, Plant layouts drawings. Read thorough the URS/Project specifications and prepare the project deliverables accordingly. Design, Selection and Detailed Engineering of field instruments like Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level, pH, DO and conductivity. Preparation of bill of materials for instruments with detailed specification. Sending enquiry to vendor for all bought out items. Review of vendor quote as per enquiry. Calibration of instruments. Loop checking. Responsible for panel integration, testing, Factory acceptance test and Site acceptance test.
