Job Description

Position - Digital Marketing Specialist

Shift Timings - Mon to Fri 9pm to 6am & Sat - 9pm to 2am (Night Shift)

Work Mode - Remote

Job Summary:

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (organic and paid)
Design visually appealing creatives for web, social media, and ads
Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT, MidJourney, Canva AI, etc.) for content creation and campaign efficiency
Perform advanced keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies
Create engaging content for blogs, social media, emails, and websites
Manage social media platforms and run targeted ad campaigns
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide insights
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and algorithms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in
digital marketing
(3+ years preferred)
Proficiency in
graphic design tools
(Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
Hands-on experience with
AI marketing tools
(ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)
Strong understanding of
SEO best practices
(Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics)
Excellent
content writing
skills with strong grammar and storytelling
Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end campaign management
Strong analytical and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.)
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
