Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our clients social media channels, as well as planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn) and Google Ads.

• Manage and grow clients social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Develop, implement, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn) and Google Ads campaigns
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging and high-performing ad creatives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
• Handle client communications and present campaign performance reports

• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing)
• Social media management tools
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and performance metrics
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or paid advertising
• Google Ads and/or Meta certification is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
