Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be a key player in driving our online success, orchestrating a range of strategies to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and engage our audience. You'll focus on SEO and Social Media Marketing (SMM), ensuring our website shines in search results and our social presence thrives. Responsibilities: Craft a Winning SEO Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO plan, encompassing both on-page optimization (keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO) and off-page strategies (link building, social media engagement, brand promotion). Social Media Mastery: Manage and grow our social media presence, creating engaging content, interacting with our audience, and running targeted campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze website and social media data to understand audience behavior, campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement. Use your findings to refine strategies and maximize results. Content Creation and Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop compelling content for website, social media, and email marketing, ensuring it aligns with our SEO strategy and resonates with our target audience. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, continuously evolving our strategies to stay competitive and relevant. Requirements: Proven experience as an Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO/SMM campaigns and improved website rankings. Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Proficient in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic website optimization. Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
