Job Description:

Nextgen Institute of Animation & VFX is looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about online marketing and have a knack for driving engagement and generating quality leads through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging content, stories, and reels for branding and promotion
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.)
• Generate quality leads through online promotions and performance marketing
• Optimize campaigns for better reach, engagement, and conversion
• Collaborate with the creative team for graphic and video content
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Familiarity with social media marketing and lead generation strategies
• Strong communication and content writing skills
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Knowledge of SEO, Canva, or video editing tools will be an added advantage
