Job Responsibilities Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and site audits. Optimize content for search engines and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs. Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, etc. Track KPIs, analyze ROI, and optimize ad performance through A/B testing and bid adjustments. Generate performance reports and recommend improvements. Social Media Management Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and YouTube. Schedule, post, and engage with followers to build brand awareness and community. Monitor trends, analytics, and competitor activity to adjust strategy. Website Management Maintain and update website content (WordPress or other CMS). Ensure website is SEO-friendly, mobile-optimized, and aligned with brand identity. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with developers when needed. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio or track record. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), and CMS platforms. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Creative thinker with attention to detail.
