Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, execution-focused Head of Digital Marketing to lead performance marketing, demand generation, and growth systems across multiple client accounts and Tectra’s own brands. This role owns lead generation, CPL, conversion quality, and marketing ROI — end to end.
You will lead high-budget performance campaigns, build repeatable growth frameworks, and manage teams and agency partners with absolute accountability.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and execute end-to-end digital marketing and performance strategies across key verticals (Real Estate, Education, Healthcare, B2B)
* Lead performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and emerging platforms
* Drive high-quality lead generation with clear focus on CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
* Build and optimize SEO, SEM, PPC, display, and retargeting strategies
* Plan, allocate, and optimize marketing budgets with ROI-first thinking
* Oversee social media marketing, content direction, and brand communication (organic + paid)
* Set up and monitor dashboards using Google Analytics, CRM systems, and internal reporting tools
* Work closely with sales and business teams to improve lead quality, funnel efficiency, and closure rates
* Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance digital marketing team and external partners
* Create scalable frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks for repeatable growth
* Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and performance marketing trends
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven leadership experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing (agency or multi-brand setup preferred)
* Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
* Deep understanding of Lead Generation, Funnel Design, and Conversion Optimization
* Solid working knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing
* Experience with CRM integrations, marketing automation, and lead tracking systems
* Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning numbers, budgets, and outcomes
* Ability to manage teams, clients, and internal stakeholders with clarity and authority
* Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-expectation environments
