Digital Marketing Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise

  paid advertising campaigns across

  Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok

  , and other relevant platforms.

• Create and manage monthly content calendars

  that keep our brand consistent and engaging across all digital channels.

• Manage social media posting and ad scheduling

  using tools like

  Buffer

  or

  Hootsuite

  , maintaining a strong online presence.

• Work with our WooCommerce eCommerce platform

  to align marketing activities with promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

• Produce and edit AI-generated videos

  for social media and campaigns using tools such as

  Pika Labs, Runway ML, Synthesia, or similar

  platforms.

• Design visuals and creatives

  using

  Canva

  , ensuring high-quality and brand-aligned digital content.

• Lead influencer marketing campaigns

  , including outreach, negotiation, coordination, and performance tracking.

• Analyse campaign performance

  and generate insights on

  ROAS, CAC, CTR, engagement rates

  , and overall growth.

• Use data analytics tools

  like

  Google Analytics, Google Search Console, GTM, EMQ, and FCID

  to monitor performance and guide strategy.

• Experiment and innovate

  with new marketing and AI tools such as

  ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Studio

  to improve efficiency and creativity.

• Lead Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

  initiatives and recommend landing page and funnel improvements to boost conversions.

• Run WhatsApp Marketing campaigns

  via

  Wati, Interakt, or Gupshup

  , and manage

  CRM systems

  like

  Mailchimp

  or

  Klaviyo

  for customer retention.

Preferred candidate profile

As a diginal marketing specialist, you will work closely with the founder to establish and expand CholasX's brand presence in the UK and Netherlands markets. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong desire to learn, and ambition to grow into a leadership position. A passion for technology, especially AI, and enthusiasm for social media marketing (social commerce) are highly valued. As the company grows, you will progressively take on more responsibilities, including managing a digital marketing team.
