Digital Marketing Specialist and Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns tailored for the HR and staffing industry across social media, email, search engines, and paid ads.
• Collaborate with content writers to produce engaging content focused on HR trends, recruitment strategies, and staffing solutions.
• Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility among potential clients and candidates.
• Manage social media accounts, grow followers, and engage with HR professionals, recruiters, and potential clients.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and provide insights to improve ROI.
• Stay updated on HR and staffing trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain effective.
• Coordinate with sales, recruitment, and business teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in digital marketing, preferably in HR consulting or staffing.
• Hands-on experience with social media marketing, SEO, email campaigns, and paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative skills.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
