About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth initiatives. You will own and execute campaigns across multiple channelsSEO, SEM, social media, content, performance marketing, and email automation—to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement for our fintech products. This role requires a balance of creative storytelling and analytical mindset, with the ability to scale campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
  • Drive SEO/ASO strategies to increase organic visibility and rankings.
  • Manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective acquisition and high ROI.
  • Oversee content strategy (blogs, landing pages, social media posts, newsletters) to strengthen brand presence.
  • Develop and execute email/SMS/WhatsApp automation campaigns to engage and retain users.
  • Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.) to measure KPIs and improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to build conversion-focused landing pages and creatives.
  • Monitor competitor marketing activities and emerging digital trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Manage social media presence and grow engaged online communities.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership on campaign performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing (fintech/tech preferred).
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaigns, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and attribution models.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, WebEngage, MoEngage).
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make ROI-focused decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a flair for creative campaigns.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and CRO best practices.
