Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage

    digital marketing campaigns

    across SEO, social media, email, and web platforms.
  • Develop and optimize

    website content

    (WordPress) and landing pages for SEO and user engagement.
  • Create engaging

    social media content

    (posts, infographics, short-form videos, stories) using

    Canva

    and other creative tools.
  • Manage and grow presence across

    Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms

    with organic strategies.
  • Execute

    email marketing campaigns

    via Mailchimp and similar tools for lead nurturing.
  • Conduct keyword research and use tools like

    SEMrush, Ahrefs, MOZ

    for SEO optimization and competitor analysis.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using

    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

    ,

    Google Tag Manager (GTM)

    , and reporting dashboards.
  • Assist in

    setting up and optimizing paid campaigns

    (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) as the company expands into paid media.
  • Stay updated with the latest

    digital marketing and AI tools

    (ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, etc.) to improve content creation, SEO, and reporting workflows.
  • Collaborate on

    content writing

    for blogs, websites, and social platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects with strong

    time management

    and

    self-ownership

    .

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of

    SEO, content marketing, and organic social media

    strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, GTM, GA4

    .
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of

    Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads

    .
  • Experience with SEO tools like

    SEMrush, Ahrefs, MOZ

    .
  • Ability to

    write, edit, and optimize content

    for websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Strong

    analytical mindset

    with ability to interpret campaign data and create actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with

    AI tools

    (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to enhance efficiency in content creation and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A

    self-learner

    who keeps up with the latest digital marketing and AI trends.

Preferred Skills

  • Creative eye for design and social media storytelling.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Previous experience working in a digital agency or IT/software industry is a plus.
