Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager (Performance + Content)
Job Summary We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in performance marketing, content strategy, and social media execution. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of agency experience, is highly analytical, understands ad performance deeply, and can also contribute to short-form content creation and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Reduce CAC and improve ROI through data-driven optimization.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and align with KPIs.
  • Manage multi-channel media plans and budget allocations.
Influencer & Campaign Management
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers.
  • Manage deliverables, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • Track campaign impact and recommend improvements.
SEO & Organic Growth
  • Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audits.
  • Track organic performance and collaborate with technical/creative teams.
Performance Reporting
  • Create weekly & monthly reports with clear metrics.
  • Analyze data and present actionable insights.
Content & Social Media
  • Create short-form videos for Reels/Shorts with strong storytelling.
  • Develop content ideas aligned with brand + audience.
  • Write natural, engaging captions.
  • Manage community- comments, DMs, audience engagement
  • Track trends and refine content strategy accordingly.

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years in digital/performance marketing (agency preferred).
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of OTT advertising and influencer ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability.
  • Ability to manage content workflows and social media.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Preferred
  • Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads.
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools.
  • Basic photography/videography skills.
  • Portfolio of previous digital/content work.
