Job Description

TechSimba Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Paid Marketing and Ads Management. The ideal candidate should have a excellent background in managing high-performing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid campaigns, specifically within the IT services domain. You must be proficient in optimizing ROI, generating qualified leads, and creating data-backed strategies that drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, reduce CPA, and improve CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
  • Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Create weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to inform paid strategies.
  • Assist in managing retargeting campaigns and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Stay updated on paid media trends, platform changes, and emerging ad opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in IT or tech services.
  • Proven success with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and bidding strategies.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to present campaign reports to stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, or Quora Ads.
  • Familiarity with email marketing automation and lead nurturing funnels.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and SaaS product promotion.
