As a candidate for the role of Model in Indore (Navlakha), your main responsibilities will include: - Understanding and deeply analyzing client requirements and goals to align the team with the needed strategies across digital marketing platforms. - Staying updated with the latest platform updates and market trends, and updating the ongoing ad campaigns as and when needed. - Taking responsibility and accountability for the ongoing and modified ads, campaigns, ad creatives, copies, captions, and placement to present the strategies to the client. - Ensuring quality control and assurance of the ongoing digital marketing projects. - Devising and leading innovative plans to meet client objectives and drive successful outcomes. - Monitoring and guiding the digital marketing team and fostering a nurturing and collaborative environment for everyone. Staying updated with reports, analyzing growth metrics, and deriving actionable insights in all major digital advertising platforms. - Periodically conducting meeting rounds and submitting performance insights to core members and stakeholders in the EOD reports. - Continuously brainstorming creative ideas and strategies to enhance ad campaign effectiveness. - Utilizing digital marketing strategies for various products, leveraging online ads and trending/viral campaigns. - Evaluating campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and refining strategies accordingly. - Completing necessary sheets and reports for seamless campaign management and execution. - Presenting updates and reports to core team members, facilitating collaborative insights. - Enhancing social media efforts to improve KPIs such as engagement and reach.
