As a Model for this role based in Indore (Navlakha), your primary responsibility will be to understand and deeply analyze client requirements and goals in order to align the team with the necessary strategies across digital marketing platforms. It is imperative to stay updated with the latest platform updates and market trends, and to ensure that ongoing ad campaigns are updated as needed. You will be accountable for the ongoing and modified ads, campaigns, ad creatives, copies, captions, and placement, which will be presented to the client. Quality control and assurance of ongoing digital marketing projects will be a key focus, requiring meticulous attention to detail. You will be expected to devise and lead innovative plans to meet client objectives and drive successful outcomes. Monitoring and guiding the digital marketing team while fostering a nurturing and collaborative environment will also be part of your role. Staying updated with reports, analyzing growth metrics, and deriving actionable insights from major digital advertising platforms will be essential. Conducting periodic meetings and submitting performance insights to core members and stakeholders in end-of-day reports will be a routine task. Continuously brainstorming creative ideas and strategies to enhance ad campaign effectiveness is encouraged. You will be utilizing digital marketing strategies for various products, leveraging online ads and trending/viral campaigns. Evaluating campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and refining strategies accordingly are vital components of this role. Completing necessary sheets and reports for seamless campaign management and execution is also expected. Presenting updates and reports to core team members to facilitate collaborative insights will be part of your routine responsibilities. Additionally, enhancing social media efforts to improve key performance indicators such as engagement and reach will be crucial for success in this role.,
