Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Mentor/Tutor to guide and support students as they develop practical, job-ready marketing skills. If you're passionate about teaching and have hands-on expertise in digital marketing strategy, paid media, SEO, analytics, and creative development, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor students in core digital marketing topics, including:
• Paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign setup & optimization)
• SEO fundamentals and advanced techniques
• Social media strategy and content planning
• Email marketing and automation
• Google Analytics (GA4) and performance reporting
• UX basics, landing page optimization, and digital design principles
• Provide 1:1 coaching, feedback, and career guidance.
• Support students in completing real-world projects and portfolio pieces.
• Develop engaging lessons, workshops, and practical exercises.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe tools) is a plus.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, supportive, and engaging manner.
• Previous teaching, mentoring, or coaching experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
