Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness, track ROI, and recommend continuous improvements.
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring timely delivery of performance-driven initiatives.
Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing with broader brand campaigns.
Monitor trends and best practices in digital media, analytics, and content marketing to enhance performance.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights.
Excellent leadership and project management capabilities.
Skilled in digital strategy development, performance optimization, and audience targeting.
Creative, proactive, and highly adaptable to emerging digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing.
Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
Proficiency in
SEO/SEM tools
such as SEMrush and Google Analytics.
