About the Role:

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Strategy:

    Develop and execute integrated media strategies spanning paid (Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliate), owned, and earned channels (social media, content).
  • Campaign Management:

    Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC), Meta, and other relevant digital platforms to increase brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  • SEO & ASO:

    Recommend, implement, and monitor SEO and App Store Optimization strategies to drive organic traffic and enhance visibility.
  • Analytics & Optimization:

    Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio). Identify insights and optimize conversion funnels to improve ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Design, and Content teams to create and optimize landing pages, ensuring a seamless user experience and consistent brand identity.
  • Market & Trend Research:

    Conduct regular research on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities
  • Content & Social Media:

    Support content marketing initiatives, manage social media presence, and build meaningful engagement with online audiences.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective and innovative.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum

    3 years

    of proven experience in

    digital marketing

    (performance campaigns, media planning, social media, analytics).
  • Strong understanding of

    digital advertising technologies

    , platforms, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Highly

    data-driven

    , with a passion for testing, learning, and continuous optimization.
  • Experience with tools such as

    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Appsflyer,

    and other analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
