Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing professional with specific knowledge and experience in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), industrial construction, or heavy engineering sector. You will own the digital footprint, drive high-value B2B inquiries, and translate complex engineering concepts into compelling online campaigns targeting warehouse developers, factory owners, architects, and industrial consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• B2B Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
• Design and manage high-intent PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) targeting industrial infrastructure, logistics parks, and commercial shed buyers.
• Optimize landing pages and user funnels to maximize conversion rates for heavy fabrication and structural steel inquiries.
• Track Cost Per Lead (CPL) and ROI using analytics tools, coordinating closely with the sales team for pipeline conversion.
• Technical Content & Collateral Strategy
• Create authoritative content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and video scripts) highlighting PEB structural advantages, span capabilities, seismic resistance, and fast-track execution.
• Collaborate with estimation and design engineering teams to showcase completed industrial projects, plant setups, and warehousing solutions.
• SEO & Social Media Management
• Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies for industrial keywords related to PEB suppliers, steel buildings, and multi-tier mezzanines.
• Manage B2B professional networks (primarily LinkedIn and Google Business Profile) to build brand authority among corporate clients, project managers, and structural consultants.

Requirements & Skills

• Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (Civil/Mechanical Engineering or MBA is a strong plus).
• 3 to 6 years of proven B2B digital marketing experience, with a minimum of 1–2 years specifically within the PEB, construction, infrastructure, or heavy engineering sectors.
• Industry-Specific Knowledge
• Clear understanding of the industrial buyer’s journey (warehousing, manufacturing plants, heavy industries).
• Ability to grasp and market technical concepts like primary framing, secondary members, roof sheeting, and erection speed.
• Technical Tool Proficiency
• Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and major ad managers.
• Experience with CRM integration (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) to manage inbound digital leads.
• Basic graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe suite) for quick industrial creative rollouts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
