About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to handle the agencys complete digital marketing operations, including team management, client communication, brand management, social media, Meta Ads, and AI tools.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, timely delivery, quality work, and client satisfaction across all brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management

• Manage executives, designers, video editors, content creators, and interns.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Conduct team meetings, resolve issues, and maintain accountability.

2. Brand & Client Management

• Handle multiple brands and their complete digital marketing activities.
• Communicate with clients, understand requirements, collect approvals, and manage feedback.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns, and deliverables.

3. Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other platforms.
• Supervise posts, reels, captions, stories, and promotional content.
• Monitor engagement, reach, growth, and overall profile performance.
• Coordinate with the creative team to maintain quality and consistency.

4. Meta Ads Management

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Manage budgets, audiences, creatives, leads, CPL, and campaign performance.
• Prepare reports and implement strategies to improve results.

5. AI Tools & Content Strategy

• Use ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, and other tools for content, research, campaigns, and reporting.
• Develop creative concepts, festival campaigns, influencer collaborations, and marketing strategies.
• Introduce AI tools and efficient workflows to improve team productivity.

6. Daily Operations & Reporting

• Manage workflows, deadlines, approvals, and pending tasks across all brands.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams.
• Prepare performance reports and track team productivity.
• Identify problems, implement solutions, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills

• 35 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, Meta Ads, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
• Experience managing multiple brands and teams simultaneously.
• Knowledge of AI tools, content strategy, and digital marketing trends.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
