Digital Marketing Manager

EMC2 NEET JEE MHTCET Classes is looking for a creative, result-oriented, and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to manage and grow our online presence. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate student enquiries, improve admissions, and strengthen our presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, content strategy, lead generation, and performance analysis, preferably in the education or coaching industry.

Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the institute and its academic programs. - Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels. - Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads and Google Ads. - Generate quality leads and student enquiries to support admission targets. - Create and manage content calendars for social media posts, reels, stories, promotional videos, and campaigns. - Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and other team members. - Manage YouTube channel growth, video promotions, and audience engagement. - Monitor campaign performance, lead conversion rates, engagement, and return on advertising spend. - Optimize advertising budgets to improve campaign effectiveness and reduce cost per lead. - Develop marketing campaigns for new batches, entrance exam preparation programs, test series, results, and admissions. - Manage website content, SEO, Google Business Profile, and online reputation. - Analyze competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities. - Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, leads generated, and marketing results. - Work closely with the admissions team to improve enquiry follow-ups and student conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. - Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or team-lead role. - Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. - Experience in social media management, content planning, and lead generation. - Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and website performance tracking. - Strong analytical, communication, planning, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. - Creative thinking and a results-driven approach. - Experience in the education, coaching, or edtech industry will be an advantage. Preferred Experience - Experience managing digital marketing campaigns for coaching classes or educational institutions. - Ability to plan admission-focused campaigns for NEET, JEE, and MHT-CET courses. - Understanding of student and parent audiences. - Experience generating and managing leads through digital platforms. - Knowledge of video marketing and YouTube growth strategies. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance will be evaluated based on: - Number and quality of student enquiries generated. - Cost per lead and advertising campaign performance. - Growth in social media reach, engagement, and followers. - Website traffic and online visibility. - Contribution to admission enquiries and student conversions. - Timely execution of marketing campaigns.
