Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive demand generation, brand visibility, and

pipeline growth for our ServiceNow-focused offerings. The role will work closely with Sales,

Delivery, and Leadership teams to execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital demand generation campaigns aligned to ServiceNow offerings
• Own campaign strategy, messaging, execution, and reporting
• Manage LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and marketing automation tools
• Create and manage content such as whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and landing pages
• Collaborate with Sales to support ABM and enterprise outreach
• Track campaign performance and optimize based on pipeline impact
• Work with external vendors/agencies when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing
• Strong understanding of demand generation and lead nurturing
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email campaigns
• Experience marketing IT services, SaaS, or enterprise platforms
• Ability to work closely with Sales teams on pipeline-driven campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with focus on ROI and conversion metrics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Experience marketing ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms
• Exposure to ABM and enterprise account marketing
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 90 days, the Digital Marketing Specialist will successfully launch at least one focused

demand generation campaign, support sales conversations with high-quality assets, and contribute

to a measurable sales pipeline
