Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across Performance marketing, SEO, Social media, WhatsApp and Email campaigns.
Plan and manage paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to drive qualified B2B leads.
Oversee content marketing initiatives - blogs, social posts, and video campaigns - aligned with brand goals.
Analyze website traffic, lead funnels, and campaign ROI using analytics tools; optimize strategies based on data insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, and tech) to ensure marketing initiatives deliver business impact.
Manage social media presence to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and trust.
Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities to leverage emerging marketing technologies and AI-driven insights.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, including lead generation and social media campaigns.
Proven ability to deliver data-driven marketing results and achieve measurable ROI.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, SEO, SEM, and marketing automation tools.
Proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager).
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously.
Bachelors / Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
