Full Time
1) Develop production plans and schedules (daily/weekly/monthly) based on forecasts, customer orders and plant capacity.
2) Coordinate with procurement/inventory teams to ensure availability of raw materials for production.
3) Monitor production progress, identify deviations from plan and take corrective actions (rescheduling, reallocation of resources).
4) Ensure effective utilisation of machines, manpower and other resources.
5) Liaise with quality assurance, dispatch teams to ensure finished goods are inspected and delivered as per timeline.
1) Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations Management or equivalent.
2) Experience in manufacturing / production planning & scheduling from sheet metal industry or manufacturing environment.
3) Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills (working with procurement, production, quality, despatch).
