Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Performer who enjoys executing marketing campaigns end-to-end. The ideal candidate is someone who can create, manage, and analyze digital campaigns while using creativity and data-driven strategies to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, App marketing and content marketing initiatives
• Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and social media posts aligned with brand tone
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for marketing assets
• Research industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities
• Utilize AI tools and automation for marketing efficiency and performance tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics)
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, ROI, and conversion optimization
• Basic knowledge of content creation and social media management
• Creative mindset with analytical thinking and attention to detail

Salary: Offering up to 6 LPA

Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi
