Role Overview

You'll own full-stack digital marketing for our brandplanning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across all major channels. Your focus: high-quality lead generation, cost-effective ad performance, and building a strong digital presence. You'll collaborate directly with leadership and have autonomy to innovate, backed by a culture that values accountability and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
• Manage YouTube channel growth and video content optimisation.
• Drive GMB (Google My Business) optimisation and local SEO to boost discoverability.
• Develop and execute social media content strategyplan, create, and schedule posts that engage and convert.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer collaborations (minimum 2/month).
• Design offline branding creatives and event/festival campaigns to support integrated marketing.
• Oversee WhatsApp API setup, dashboard monitoring, and automate lead/inquiry flows.
• Track, analyze, and report weekly/monthly performance metrics (CPL, engagement, reach, leads, conversions).
• Ensure timely, actionable insights to guide business decisions.
• Uphold confidentiality and brand integrity at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in D2C or premium service sectors.
• Demonstrable success in running performance-driven Meta/Google campaigns (with lead generation focus).
• Hands-on expertise with YouTube, GMB/local SEO, and social media content planning.
• Creative mindset for content and branding; strong copywriting and visual sensibility.
• Analytical skillscomfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting.
• Experience with WhatsApp API and marketing automation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, own results, and thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
