Digital Marketing Manager

What You'll Do

Performance Marketing & Campaign Optimization:

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and emerging platforms
  • Monitor and optimize daily campaign metrics: CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates
  • A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages for continuous improvement
  • Manage campaign budgets strategically to maximize ROI
  • Implement advanced audience targeting including remarketing and lookalike audiences

Search Engine Optimization & Organic Growth:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits
  • Optimize on-page and technical elements for search engine visibility
  • Monitor SEO performance and adjust strategies based on algorithm updates

Analytics & Performance Reporting:

  • Track campaign results using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems
  • Create dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights
  • Attribute results across multiple channels using conversion tracking
  • Share learnings and best practices with internal teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets
  • Collaborate on landing page optimization and conversion rate improvements
  • Work with sales and product teams to align marketing goals with business objectives

Growth & Innovation:

  • Research new marketing channels, tools, and platforms
  • Test emerging advertising technologies and audience targeting capabilities
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 24 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media management, or digital advertising
  • Expert proficiency with

    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads

  • Strong technical skills with

    Google Analytics 4

    , Google Tag Manager, Excel, Google Sheets
  • Proven understanding of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Meticulous attention to detail in campaign management and tracking setup
  • Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification

Technical Proficiency:

  • Google Ads (search, display, shopping campaigns)
  • Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking
  • Google Tag Manager and pixel implementation
  • Landing page optimization and CRO principles
  • Marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign)
