Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive
digital marketing strategies
tailored for healthcare services, patient engagement, and brand growth.
Oversee campaigns across multiple digital channels, including:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Email marketing and CRM automation
Website content and user experience (UX) optimization
Online reputation management and review platforms

Collaborate with creative, content, and medical teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and compelling messaging.
Plan and manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display Ads) to generate qualified leads and appointments.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc.).
Identify patient journey touchpoints and optimize conversion funnels for improved lead-to-patient conversion rates.
Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
Ensure all campaigns adhere to
healthcare advertising guidelines
, patient data privacy (e.g., HIPAA compliance), and ethical standards.
Stay up to date with the latest healthcare marketing trends, digital tools, and algorithm updates.
