Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across

    Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms

    .
  • Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns to achieve

    lead generation, conversions, and ROI goals

    .
  • Manage digital budgets, forecast performance, and allocate spend effectively.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize

    PPC campaigns, social media ads, display, remarketing, and SEO strategies

    .
  • Perform

    A/B testing

    on ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates.
  • Track KPIs such as

    CAC, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and LTV

    to ensure campaign efficiency.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance.

Team & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the

    creative, content, and web development teams

    to align campaigns with brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing leads are qualified and nurtured effectively.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior digital marketing staff, where applicable.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like

    Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, HubSpot, or other CRM dashboards

  • Generate actionable insights and present reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (36 years) as a

    Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, or similar role

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and programmatic advertising

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

    .
  • Excellent understanding of

    funnel marketing, attribution models, and growth metrics

    .
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive actionable decisions.
  • Up-to-date with the latest

    digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

    .
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
