Digital Marketing Manager

Job Objective

Successfully collaborate with marketing team members to provide efficient support to all verticals of the Company thereby promoting Companys brand, products, and services eventually achieving Company’s long-term organizational goals.

Specific responsibilities:

•   Plan, execute and manage various digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display advertising.•  Work with and manage the marketing team and other stake holders to maintain Company’s digital presence.•  Measure and report the Return on Investments (ROIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of all types of approved marketing campaigns and initiatives and provide report to the Management.•  Research, track and analyze market trends and develop and implement suitable strategy into all aspects of digital marketing campaigns.•  Design, build, manage and maintain Company’s social media accounts.•  Plan and manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing into various digital/social media platforms.•  Negotiating advertisements/campaigns contracts.•  Work with HR department in recruiting, selecting, training and managing marketing team members.

• 7 - 10 experience in leading a successful marketing team

Computer skills

Excellent skills in various marketing softwares , MS Office and emails

Language skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and regional language.

Functional skills

• Strong understanding of contemporary marketing trends and campaigns.

  Strong sense of creativity and innovation.

  Ability to analyse market metrics, reports and trends.

  •

  Strong project management and managerial skills.

  •

  Experience in SEO and SEM strategy and keyword search
